Home from Hospital

As part of our range of services we now offer a “home from hospital service”.  Hospital stays can be very draining and debilitating and when you are discharged you need time to rest and recuperate before you can get back to your daily routine.

When you are discharged from hospital Poppy’s can be with you for that vital first 24 hours, enabling you to relax at home while we take care of the household duties.

You will have access to professional advice during the first 24 hours for all your concerns and a carer will stay with you for your first night home.

We can then help you “back on your feet” with a wide range of services to help you become independent at home, offering calls as often as you require.

There is no contract and you are free to terminate our services with no financial implications*.

We aim to help you on your road to recovery.
